Who We Are

Black Diamond Marriages is a para-church marriage ministry dedicated to enriching the marital bond of heterosexual cis-gendered couples through the timeless wisdom of Godly and Biblical teachings while cultivating a supportive community of like-minded couples.

The profound mystery of marriage in the Biblical context of Ephesians 5:31-32 is that of two becoming one just as the relationship between Christ and the Church. The Black Diamond is a mysterious gem in that its natural form is the result of numerous inclusions and impurities and imperfections, which make it seemingly opaque. Yet despite it being opaque, it still reflects light, creating a unique and beautiful sparkle. Black Diamond Marriages speaks to the mystery of two people that despite their impurities and imperfections, challenges and pressures, become one in marriage, and reflect the light of God, sparkling in a way that is both fascinating and vibrant.

 

We seek to inspire married couples to develop more Christ-centered marriages through fun, interactive and thought-provoking activities within an authentic, safe and judgement-free space, leading to life-lasting marriages.

 

Our hope is to equip married couples with the tools to develop love-filled, life-lasting, Christ-centered marriages through entertaining and interactive marriage enrichment events.
